Building Strong Foundations: Empowering Youth with Self-Confidence at Old Tafo JHS 'B'

On 28th March 2024, IDECO hosted an empowering Teen Talk session at Old Tafo JHS "B," centered around the theme of Self-Confidence. This program aimed to inspire students to recognize their worth, build self-esteem, and develop the confidence to navigate challenges with strength and resilience.

The session was dynamic, featuring powerful poems written and recited by the students, which served as an expressive platform to share their experiences and reflections on self-confidence. An interactive question-and-answer segment followed, where students actively engaged with the facilitators, clarifying doubts and discussing practical ways to cultivate self-assurance in their daily lives.

To further encourage the message, IDECO distributed thoughtful gifts to the students, each embossed with empowering slogans about self-confidence. These gifts served as reminders for the students to believe in themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and rise above any obstacles they may face.
