Emmanuel Nketiah Frimpong, a Ghanaian professional with extensive experience in education, community development, and public service, is known for his leadership, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.

As the Program Manager for the International Development and Community Organization (IDECO), he oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of impactful projects in renewable energy, disaster resilience, and community empowerment. Under his leadership, IDECO has implemented initiatives that have improved access to renewable energy, enhanced disaster preparedness, and provided capacity-building programs to empower individuals and communities.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Education from the University of Education, Winneba. Emmanuel has also completed professional certification courses from La Plage Meta Verse and EDMAT Foundation, specializing in climate change, renewable energy, disaster management, and emotional intelligence.

Throughout his career in education, Emmanuel has held various leadership roles, including Assistant Headteacher at Ntri-buoho D/A Junior High School, Headteacher at Akrowa D/A Junior High School, and currently serves as the Headteacher at Aduman D/A Primary School. His impact extends beyond the classroom into the broader community through civic engagements and public service. He worked as an Assistant District Manager for Adwumapa Buyers Limited, managing cocoa procurement operations efficiently and integrity. Emmanuel served the Electoral Commission of Ghana in various capacities, including Verification Officer and Presiding Officer.

Emmanuel's expertise in project management, disaster preparedness, renewable energy solutions, educational leadership, and community engagement has left an indelible mark on the organizations he has served and the communities he has impacted.
