She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hartwick College and later obtained a Master of Science in International Relations with an Intelligence Cognate from Liberty University. Her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Trinity Law School focused on Torts Law, International Law, and Business Law.

As Corporate Counsel at Elite Voyage Party Bus, LLC, Falon provided strategic legal advice regarding business transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She developed policies to mitigate legal risks, oversaw contract drafting and negotiation, and managed litigation and dispute resolution.
