Fabrice Keller is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management with extensive expertise in quality assurance, operational coordination, and organizational leadership. As the CEO of EST Nana Supremo Ltd, he manages the company’s overall operations, including financial oversight, strategic planning, and logistics management. He ensures efficient resource allocation, supervises high-volume wood shipments, and leads a team to meet the organization’s operational goals.
Currently, Fabrice serves as the Head of the Logistics $ Supply Department at the International Development and Community Organization (IDECO), where he oversees logistics strategy, resource allocation, financial analysis, and decision-making, planning, and operational efficiency to support development initiatives. He also serves as a Board Member with IDECO in the Communication Department, where he contributes to public relations and stakeholder engagement strategies, enhancing the organization's visibility and impact.
At EST Nana Supremo Ltd, Fabrice demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing receiving operations, delivery scheduling, quality inspections, and procurement compliance. His role as a Logistic/Wood Movement Control Officer at ETS Nana Supremo Wood involved coordinating wood transportation, calibrating stock volumes for export, and improving efficiency with forklift operations.
His logistics insight extends to his tenure with Tale Trust Trading Group (3TG) as a MOVCON/Logistic Assistant, where he managed cargo movement requests, coordinated vessel operations, and supervised contractor activities at Douala Port. Fabrice’s ability to oversee intricate logistics processes and his financial expertise played a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations and achieving cost efficiency.
Fabrice’s technical expertise, developed at Mosaic Business Corporation, includes installing and maintaining communication systems, configuring networks, and resolving technical issues. As a Ship Chandler, he supported maritime logistics by providing provisions, spare parts, and fuel for vessels at Douala Port, ensuring seamless operations.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Project Management) from James Madison University and a diploma in MS Office and Cisco Networking (CCNA) from GLOBEX INFOTEK. Fluent in English and French, Fabrice combines logistics expertise, financial acumen, and leadership to drive operational success and organizational growth
