Currently, he works as a News Caster and Video Editor at Wontumi Radio and TV in Kumasi, Ghana, where he is dedicated to delivering accurate news and producing high-quality video content. His skills in anchoring and editing have made him a valuable asset to the station, enabling him to engage audiences with professionalism and precision.

In addition to his media work, Hayford plays a crucial role in promoting the activities of the International Development and Community Organization (IDECO). As an editor and presenter, he effectively communicates IDECO’s projects and achievements to the public through news and TV broadcasts. He creates compelling content that highlights the organization’s initiatives, such as water projects, community empowerment programs, and educational campaigns. His storytelling and broadcasting skills bridge the gap between IDECO and its stakeholders, showcasing the organization's contributions to development and fostering community engagement.

Before his current roles, Hayford served as the Ashanti Regional Correspondent for Net 2 TV - Accra and Ashanti FM - Kumasi, where he worked as a news reporter, producer, and caster. He also taught ICT and English Language at Swedru D/A JHS and ICT at Ebom-Bomfa D/A Primary School, emphasizing digital literacy and communication skills to empower students in a technology-driven world.
