Numfor Ndi Azinwi: Deputy IT officer

He is a software engineer and customer support specialist with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and enhancing operational efficiency. Proficient in JavaScript and PHP, Numfor has successfully executed numerous projects using platforms such as Android Studio, Visual Studio, and Wappler IDEs. His strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability, and organizational abilities have consistently improved client satisfaction and contributed to the success of various initiatives.

In his role at IDECO, Numfor demonstrates exceptional leadership in overseeing IT projects and implementing sustainable solutions. His administrative experience highlights his versatility, including the development of an automated leave tracking system in Microsoft Excel that improved HR operations and streamlined document management.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Emlogicx Systems in Douala, Numfor provided outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat, which led to increased sales for the company. His responsibilities included software installation, managing a high volume of inbound calls, and fostering strong customer relationships that encouraged repeat business.

Numfor holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Catholic University Institute of Buea in Douala, Cameroon. His academic background is further strengthened by a high school diploma from Horizon Bilingual Educational Complex (HOBEC), where he served as Social Prefect and participated in various extracurricular activities, including music and dance. He has consistently demonstrated leadership, holding positions such as Head of Security in the CUIB Student Government and President of the Student Government at Martin Luther King Academy in Kumba, Cameroon.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Numfor is a passionate entrepreneur, successfully running shawarma and pastry businesses. He also participated in the 2024 Entrepreneurial Fair alongside other Cameroonian entrepreneurs. His interests in creative writing, sports, cinema, and video games reflect his well-rounded personality. As a member of The Glorious 5 Music Group, he channels his creative energy into music and performance arts.

Fluent in both English and French, Numfor leverages his language skills to connect with diverse communities and clients. His technical expertise includes web and graphic design, software development, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
