Ngum Clotilda, IDECO’s Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Board Member

Ngum Clotilda is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in banking, financial services, and brand representation. She joined the International Development and Community Organization (IDECO) as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) as well as IDECO’s Board Treasurer where she plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s financial health, compliance, and accountability.

A graduate of the University of Yaoundé 1, she combines a solid academic foundation with practical expertise in operations management, customer relations, and financial advisory services.

Clotilda began her career as a Brand Girl and Cotks Crown Collector with GUINNESS Cameroon SA, where she honed her skills in brand promotion and customer engagement. She transitioned into the financial sector with First Investment Bank for Financial Assistance, (FIBFA) initially serving as an Accounts Relationship Officer at the Kribi branch. Her exceptional performance and leadership abilities earned her promotion as the Manager at the FIBFA Buea branch in Cameroon, where she led operations and strengthened customer relationships.

Currently, Clotilda is the Head of Operations at the Union Bank of Cameroon PLC, stationed in Kumba Cameroon. In this role, she oversees daily branch operations, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and drives efficiency in service delivery. She has also served as a Marketing Officer and Customer Service Assistant within the same institution, showcasing her versatility and commitment to client satisfaction.

With a proven track record in operations, marketing, and customer service, Clotilda is a results-oriented leader dedicated to delivering excellence in the financial sector.
